FAQ

Questions before you order?

Bulk pricing, artwork approval, delivery times and everything else our customers ask us most often.

Shipping & delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation and design approval. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 6 working days in metro cities, 5 to 8 working days in the rest of India and 7 to 12 working days in remote and hilly areas. Bulk orders run on the timeline quoted for that order. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Prepaid orders ship free anywhere in India, whatever the number of items in your cart, unless the product page or your quotation says otherwise. Shipping is charged on partial-COD orders, on bulk and multi-address orders as stated in the quotation, and on urgent or special dispatch — bus parcel, train parcel, air cargo, a dedicated vehicle or hand delivery — which is charged extra even on a prepaid order. We tell you the amount and take your approval before booking.

We ship through Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees and India Post. The courier is chosen on the basis of your pin code, the weight and size of the parcel, and the service available that day, so we cannot guarantee a specific courier unless it has been agreed in writing. Where none of our regular partners services your pin code, the parcel may go by India Post, and the timeline then depends entirely on them.

Yes, across India. In areas where couriers do not deliver to the door, you may be asked to collect the parcel from the courier's nearest office. If your pin code is not serviceable at all, we tell you and offer the nearest serviceable option or a refund of that order.

Once the parcel is booked we send the courier name and tracking ID (AWB) by SMS, email and WhatsApp. You can follow it any time on our Track your order page using the tracking ID or your order number — the courier is detected automatically.

Often yes. Where you need it sooner we may send it by bus parcel, train parcel, air cargo, a dedicated vehicle or hand delivery. These are charged extra, on prepaid orders as well, and we take your approval in writing before booking. Note that they are not door delivery — the parcel goes to the transporter's office or counter for you to collect — and they do not offer courier-style tracking.

Couriers normally attempt delivery two or three times. If the call is not answered, the parcel is refused, left unclaimed, unpaid, or the address cannot be found, it comes back to us as a return (RTO). A returned parcel takes 10 to 15 days to travel back and reach our office — that leg is handled by the courier and is not in our control — and nothing can be re-dispatched before it physically reaches us. Re-dispatch is chargeable, freight both ways is payable, a fresh delivery timeline starts, and it is subject to the reason the courier has recorded along with their proof.

Only before the parcel is handed to the courier — write to us immediately with your order number. Once it is booked, the courier may or may not allow a change, and where it is allowed their charge for it is payable by you. Please check the address, landmark, pin code and phone number before you pay; a wrong or incomplete address is the most common reason a parcel is delayed or returned.

Ordering & customisation

We offer partial COD — you pay an advance online at checkout and the balance at delivery. Two things to know before you choose it. Shipping is not free on partial-COD orders; a shipping and collection charge applies and depends on the product, its weight and size, your location and the order value, and it is shown at checkout before you confirm. And couriers do not offer open delivery — the parcel cannot be opened and checked before payment — and in our experience they sometimes do not accept cash and ask for card or UPI instead.

You can ask to cancel or change an order within 2 working hours of placing it, by email or WhatsApp with your order number, as long as design, material cutting or printing has not started. Within that window we cancel and refund the full amount. After it, the order cannot be cancelled, because the product is being made only for you. A change is effective only once we confirm it in writing, and it may change the price and the delivery date.

Payment confirms the order, but the dispatch clock starts when both are done — payment or the agreed advance is received, and the design is settled. If our designer is preparing your artwork, that means your written approval of the preview. If you designed it yourself in our preview tool, it means the moment you place the order.

Yes — joining kits, event merchandise, corporate gifting and large repeat orders are a core part of what we do. Bulk orders run on the quotation and purchase order agreed in writing for that order, including quantity, price, timeline and freight. Because material is bought and production is planned in batches, a bulk order cannot be cancelled once material has been issued or printing has started.

We tell you and offer a close alternative, a change in the order, or a refund of that item. Where an alternative is agreed in writing, we supply that. We never substitute silently.

It is shown on each product page. The quantity selector starts at that product's minimum and moves in its own steps — magnetic badges, for example, start at 5 pieces, in multiples of 5. The same panel shows the per-piece price at every quantity slab, so you can see exactly what the rate becomes as the quantity goes up.

Yes. Order the minimum quantity shown on the product page as your sample, check the print and the finish in hand, and place a larger order from the website whenever you are ready — no separate process and no special request needed. If you need more than the highest quantity shown on the page, email order@printmine.in or message or call +91 9203927724 and our team will quote it for you.

Artwork & design

Yes, and you have two options. You can upload your logo and build the design yourself in our live preview tool, where you see exactly how it will look on the product — magnetic badges, t-shirts, hoodies, caps, metal keychains and more — and we process that order directly from what you created. Or you can simply send your logo and our designer will prepare the design and share a preview with you. In that case production starts only after you approve the preview.

PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, CDR or SVG, up to 10 MB. For the best print quality use a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, or a vector file. Uploading at checkout is optional — you can also send your design on WhatsApp with your Order ID after placing the order.

The product page carries the full specification of every product — material, size, print area, colour and finish — so please read it before ordering. The size, colour, quantity, spelling and logo version in the final design are your responsibility, whether you created it yourself in our preview tool or approved the preview our designer sent you. Once you approve it, that approved file is what we print.

Only if you are authorised to use it. By sending us artwork you confirm you own it or have the right to print it, and you agree to cover us for any claim arising from it. We check what we can, but we cannot know every brand or trademark in the world. We may refuse or cancel any order whose artwork we are not comfortable printing, and if a rights holder contacts us we stop production and share the matter with the customer who placed the order. See section 6 of our Terms and Conditions.

Artwork you supply stays yours. A mock-up our team creates for you may be used by you for that order. We may show the finished product in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to — just tell us and we will keep it private.

Not exactly, and that is normal in printing. Screen colours differ from printed colours, and shade can vary slightly between batches, fabrics and print methods. Print position and size carry a small tolerance, usually within about 5 mm, and garment measurements can vary slightly against the size chart. We match as closely as the process allows. These variations are not treated as defects.

After delivery

Report it within 48 hours of delivery to order@printmine.in or on WhatsApp, with your order number, the uncut unboxing video and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Keep the product, tags and original packaging intact until the matter is settled. We check the claim against our production, QC and dispatch records and reply within 2 working days.

No. Everything we make is printed on demand and carries your logo, name or artwork, so it has no value to any other customer and cannot be resold. We cannot take back an order for a change of mind, a wrong size or detail selected by you, a change in your plan or event, or because you no longer need it. The only exception is a damaged, defective, wrong or short delivery.

It is the only way to tell whether damage or a shortage happened in transit, and it is what lets us settle the claim with the courier. Record one continuous video with no cuts or edits, starting before the parcel is opened, clearly showing the sealed outer packaging, the shipping label, the opening and the products inside. Claims without this video cannot be accepted.

If the fault is ours or the courier's — damaged in transit, defective, wrong item, wrong print, short quantity — we reprint and replace the affected pieces and bear the shipping both ways, with no extra charge to you. The replacement is dispatched within 5 working days of approval, subject to material availability. If the issue comes from what you selected or approved, a replacement can still be produced, but it is billed as a fresh order and shipping is payable by you.

Where a refund is payable it goes back to the original payment method — the same card, UPI ID or bank account — within 7 working days of approval; your bank may take a few days more to show it. We do not refund in cash or to a different account. Where an order was cancelled after work had started, material, printing, design time and freight already incurred are deducted first.

A difference between screen colour and printed colour, or a shade difference between batches, fabrics or print methods; a small variation in print position or size, usually within about 5 mm; a small variation in garment measurements against the size chart; damage caused after delivery by wrong washing, ironing on the print, bleach or rough use; products already used, washed or altered; and any claim made after the 48-hour window or without the uncut unboxing video.

Payments & GST

Yes. Every price on the website includes GST, and each order is billed with a proper GST invoice showing the HSN or SAC code, the taxable value and the tax charged.

It depends on the product. Garments such as t-shirts and hoodies are 5% where the sale value is up to ₹2,500 per piece and 18% above that — the limit applies to each piece, not to the bill total. Printing and customisation as a service is 18%, and pens, keychains, badges, mobile stands and other gifting items are 18%. The rate actually applied is the one in force on the date of supply, and the tax invoice is final.

You can do it yourself. Log in to My Account with the mobile number you used for the order, open Orders, select the order, click Add GST, enter your company GSTIN, save and update the invoice, then download it. To claim input tax credit, add the GSTIN before the invoice is filed in our GST return — once filed, the GSTIN on that invoice cannot be changed.

The balance is collected by the courier at delivery. Please keep it ready. Couriers sometimes do not accept cash and ask for card or UPI instead, and they do not allow the parcel to be opened before payment. If the balance is not paid, the parcel comes back to us as a return and re-dispatch is chargeable.
