What we collect
Your name, contact details, delivery address, order details and the artwork or text you send us for printing. Plus basic usage data from this website.
This policy explains what information we collect when you order customised products from us, why we need it, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do with it. We have written it in plain English so you do not need a lawyer to read it.
Your name, contact details, delivery address, order details and the artwork or text you send us for printing. Plus basic usage data from this website.
To print and process your order and deliver it to your location, raise your GST invoice, give you support, and — where you have agreed — to send you offers and updates.
Only the partners who help us run the business — our website platform, payment gateways, courier companies and messaging tools. We do not sell your personal data.
Ask us for a copy of your data, get it corrected, withdraw consent or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep.
PrintMine.in is a brand owned and operated by HK Enterprises, a business registered in India under GSTIN 22AAMFH1314C1Z4, with its office at Beside HR Tower, Manuas Reality Road, Agroha Colony, Raipur, Chhattisgarh 492001, India. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean HK Enterprises, and “you” means anyone who visits our website, places an order, or contacts us.
We make customised and printed products — apparel, magnetic badges, keychains, pens, mobile stands, joining kits and similar corporate gifting items. To do that, we need some information from you. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
By using this website, placing an order, or sending us an enquiry on any channel, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the website or share your information with us.
We only ask for what we need to serve you. Depending on how you deal with us, this can include:
We use your information for these purposes only:
We print what you ask us to print. When you send us a logo, artwork, photograph, name, slogan or any other content, you give us a clear instruction to reproduce that content on the product you have ordered, and you allow us to use it only for that purpose — including sharing it with our production team and, where needed, a printing or finishing partner.
By sending us any content for printing, you confirm that:
We keep a copy of your artwork so that repeat orders match your earlier batch. You can ask us to delete your artwork at any time, and we will do so unless we still need it for an order in progress or for our records of a completed order.
We may show finished products in our portfolio, website, social media or advertising. If you do not want your brand shown, write to us at order@printmine.in and we will remove it from our marketing material.
We are a job-work printer. We manufacture and print on the written instruction of the customer, on the customer’s own responsibility. We are not the author, owner or licensee of the content you send, and we do not claim any right in it.
Our right to refuse, hold or cancel an order. We may refuse, pause or cancel any order, at any stage, without giving reasons, if in our sole opinion the content appears to belong to another brand, looks like a counterfeit or replica, carries a registered trademark or well-known mark that you may not be authorised to use, or could expose us to a legal claim. In that case:
Indemnity. If any claim, notice, complaint, proceeding or demand is made against us by a brand owner, rights holder, marketplace, platform or authority because of content you asked us to print, you agree to defend us and to indemnify and hold us harmless against the full amount of any loss we suffer, including damages, settlements, penalties, seizure or destruction of goods, legal fees and the cost of our time spent responding. You also agree to join the matter as the responsible party if required, and to withdraw the content immediately on our request.
Takedown and complaints. If you are a brand owner or rights holder and you believe something we have printed or displayed infringes your rights, write to order@printmine.in with proof of your right and details of the product. We will review it promptly, stop further production of that item while we review, remove the affected listing or image, and share the matter with the customer who placed the order. We act in good faith and expect rights holders to do the same.
Any goodwill or reputation attached to a brand name printed on your order belongs to the owner of that brand, not to us. Nothing in this policy makes us a licensee, distributor or authorised manufacturer of any third-party brand.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with partners who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
We ask our partners to use your information only for the service they provide to us. Each of them also has its own privacy policy and handles data under its own terms.
Payments on this website are processed by payment partners through a secure, encrypted connection. We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password or any similar credential on our systems.
For bank transfers and partial-COD orders, we receive only the payment reference and the amount. Any payment dispute or refund timeline also depends on your bank and the payment partner, and is handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to:
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of ad personalisation in the settings of the platform showing the ad. Essential cookies cannot be switched off, because the cart and checkout will not work without them.
When you place an order or send an enquiry, we send you service messages — order confirmation, design approval, dispatch and tracking updates. These are part of the service and are not marketing.
We send promotional messages where you have agreed to receive them — by subscribing, by ticking the box at checkout, by giving your consent when you place an order or send an enquiry, or by starting a conversation with us on WhatsApp.
You can stop promotional messages at any time:
WhatsApp and SMS opt-outs are applied immediately. Email and other lists are updated within 72 hours, and in every case no later than 7 days of your request. If a campaign is already scheduled when you opt out, you may receive that one last message before the change takes effect.
Even after you opt out, we will still send the service messages needed to complete an order you have placed, and any message we are required to send by law.
When information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
We use reasonable security practices suited to the size of our business: access to customer data is limited to staff who need it, our website runs over HTTPS, payment data is handled by certified payment partners, and our store and tools are protected by passwords and access controls.
We run web security, firewall and access-control systems on our website and internal tools. We do not publish or share the technical details of those systems — their configuration, rules, logs, vendors or test reports — with customers or any other party, except where a court, a regulator or the law requires it. Disclosing how our protection is built would itself put customer data at risk, so we keep it confidential. A request for those details is not a right under this policy and will be declined.
If a data breach affects your personal data, we will inform you and the authorities as required by law, and tell you what happened and what you can do.
You can ask us to:
Write to order@printmine.in or call +91 9203927724 from the email address or phone number linked to your order, so we can confirm it is really you. We normally reply within 2 working days and resolve the request within 30 days. We may ask for proof of identity, and we may decline a request that is repetitive, unreasonable, or that would break a legal obligation or affect someone else’s rights.
Our website and products are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone below 18 years of age. If you are below 18, please use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who will be treated as the person responsible for the order. If we learn that we hold a child’s data without the required consent, we will delete it.
Our pages may link to other websites — payment pages, courier tracking pages, social media or partner sites. Once you leave our website, this policy no longer applies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Please read their own policies.
We are based in India and we run our business from India. Some of the tools we use — our store platform, analytics, advertising and messaging services — are operated by companies that may store or process data on servers outside India. Where that happens, the information is handled under that provider’s terms and the protections required by applicable law. By using our website, you agree to this transfer and storage.
If our business, or part of it, is sold, merged, restructured or transferred, customer information may be transferred as part of that business, to the extent needed to continue serving you. The new owner will remain bound by this policy, or will tell you about any change.
We may update this policy as our business, tools or the law change. The latest version will always be on this page with the updated date at the top. If a change is significant, we will highlight it on the website or tell you directly. Continuing to use the website or place orders after a change means you accept the updated policy.
For any question, request or complaint about your personal data, or about this policy, contact our Grievance Officers below. Either of them can help you. We acknowledge every grievance within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India or the relevant authority under applicable Indian law.
This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 with its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as it comes into force. Any dispute relating to this policy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
